Precast concrete magnetic formwork is composed of formwork steel bar and embedded magnetic sucker system, laminated plate magnetic magnet width 60MM, height 70MM, length of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 3 m, 3.5 m, 4 m, etc., to apply to the production of different precast concrete components. Through the suction of the sucker, the side magnets of the formwork are in close contact with the platform, which holds the formwork system in place.

Because the die and sucker are integrated, there is no movement in position, ensuring that the formwork system does not deform. At the same time, the simple and quick operation of the sucker makes the whole work more safe and stable. The suction cup can be pried up and the steel die easily removed from the formwork platform by means of a matching skid bar.

Because the suction cup system is located inside the steel groove, concrete residue or other dirt does not damage the entire formwork system.

At the same time, we are equipped with high precision laser cutting machine, bending machine and CNC lathe, can be customized according to customer requirements of various specifications and lengths of magnetic edge die.
